Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 30 days of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched. Once an order has entered our handcrafting, packaging, or dispatch stage, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy below.

Return Policy & Conditions
We want you to treasure your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original, mint condition.
- The original Aaravita security tag must remain intact and attached.
- The item must be returned in its original luxury presentation box with all certificates, packaging, and documentation included.
- Custom-engraved, bespoke, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
- Returns requested after the 30-day return window will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer care team at [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization Code and prepaid insured courier label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refund Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt of your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect the piece within 2 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.
