Every piece is made to order, so allow two to three weeks for your ring, necklace or bangle to be finished and hallmarked before it ships in our signature lacquered box.
Standard delivery is complimentary and fully insured on orders over $100. Express and Saturday delivery are offered at checkout where your address supports them. You will receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves the atelier.
If a piece is not right, return it unworn within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is on us. Resizing and re-polishing stay free for the lifetime of the piece. Earrings and engraved or bespoke commissions cannot be returned for hygiene and craft reasons.
